Building Manager Real Estate firm looking to hire onsite building manager for a luxury 63-unit multi-family property in Passaic NJ Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee routine maintenance and repair of apartments and building • Report maintenance issues • Conduct daily visual inspections of condition of building premises and common areas amenity spaces • Enter service maintenance tickets and coordinate scheduling times with tenant Requirements • proven experience in similar position • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems • Experience using hand and electrical tools • Basic computer skills • Very good communication and interpersonal skills • Speaks English Salary $40,000
