I am not a licensed real estate inspector nor do I personally know any. I am interested in meeting with or speaking with a licensed real estate inspector. I am interested in forming a business with a licensed real estate inspector as a 50 % owner. If you are a licensed real estate inspector in the state of Texas please contact me. If you are not a licensed real estate inspector but you PERSONALLY know a licensed real estate inspector please contact me I will pay for a referral. Forewarning, I am not foolish. Please do not contact me pretending to be a licensed real estate inspector if you are not one. I can google your name and find out if you are a licensed real estate inspector in the state of Texas. The state of Texas has made this information public. Also if you are making a referral please make sure the real estate inspector you are referring is a FRIEND of yours. The state of Texas has a list of all the licensed real estate inspectors. I could cold call them using the information on that list but I do not wish to make cold calls.
