This group class is for people of any fitness level. After our warm up, push yourself to new levels with a fun HIIT style workout followed by circuit strength training aimed to burn fat, tone and increase endurance. Personal trainer Leon Hembry has experience working with athletes of all abilities. As a fitness enthusiast, avid runner and nutrition guru, you will gain priceless knowledge in nutrition, exercise and weight loss. Workouts take place in our awesome garage gym. All equipment included. Participants are limited to the first 5 that sign up.
