Join us for a fun afternoon of yoga movement, art, singing bowls, meditation, community connection and much more! This offering is thoughtfully created for the young people ages 10-13 in our community. We believe that spaces for creative expression, movement and community are so important during the preteen stage of life especially! *** Our December class is extra special because we will be creating several art projects that can be taken home and gifted to loved ones for the holidays! What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, snack. *We will be painting so please be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy in.
