Struggles with mental health are incredibly prevalent in our modern world. Diagnosis of anxiety disorders have become more and more common in recent years, and almost everyone has experienced feelings of stress, burnout, and overwhelm at some point.
This class will expand your toolbox of therapeutics to support mental and emotional health and offer you new methods to nourish your nervous system.
I will be sharing some of my favorite herbs and herbal formulas, including tasting samples for those who attend the class in person. This class will also include experiential mindfulness based practices for soothing and regulating the nervous system.
