Want a new job?. Train One Day --this Saturday November 19th, then start your new job Tuesday November 29th. This is a long term position paying $14.00 an hour with No experience necessary with some overtime - if desired. Everything you need to know to be safe on the ship, you will learn on Saturday the 19th. We have other positions you may be able to advance into. Your main job will be Fire Watch, but your other duties may include: 1.Cleaning 2.Needle Gunning 3.Power Tooling 4.Crane Walker We are located at 500 Freeman Ave in Chesapeake off 464 South. To qualify to work IN the shipyard you must have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND ID OR LICENSE. If you don’t have them you can pick them up at DMV walk-ins on Tuesday and Thursday. To qualify for the class you must complete a phone interview, or come into our office anytime between now and Saturday the 19th.
