(Photo credit: MV Times) Join Big Brothers Big Sisters as the selected non-profit for the 2022 lighting of the Edgartown Lighthouse! We are inviting all our Bigs, Littles, families and supporters to join us on Friday, December 9th from 5:30pm-6:30pm for this tradition. Details on the event are below, please RSVP to join us. One lucky match will be selected to "flip the switch" at this year's lighting! 5:30pm: Santa arrives via the Chappy Ferry and photos will be available in the MV Photo Bus (unsure of cost) 5:45pm: Carolers sign before the 10 second countdown 5:55pm: All BBBS constituents should be in position by the lighthouse for the lighting 5:59pm: 10 second countdown begins so lighthouse is lit precisely at 6pm There will be PLENTY of activities to do prior to the start of the event and we encourage you to attend early. BBBS will a display and table at Edgartown Wharf during this period of time, and we encourage all our Bigs, Littles, families and supporters to attend.
