Williamson, the sought-after chef/owner of the beachside four-in-one concept Playa Provisions, has racked up a hefty handful of achievements over the years – winning both “Top Chef” and “Tournament of Champions” (not to mention becoming the youngest female chef to cook at the James Beard House). For this SOBEWFF® dinner, she’ll curate a boldly flavored menu alongside the ever-exuberant Symon, the much-adored Food Network personality, cookbook author, and Cleveland-based chef of Mabel’s BBQ and B Spot Burgers. Together with Diogo Porto, the Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach’s Fuego Y Mar, these passionate chefs will serve up a culinary experience that blends their rare and remarkable artistry.
