Learn how to defend yourself in your professional or personal life. You will learn hands on with our instructor, Kellen, who is a black belt martial arts instructor. Serena Anderson will also guide a mediation to calm the mind and body after learning these techniques! After the class, you will understand situational awareness, vulnerable attacks, learn some basics self defense to prepare you for any unforeseen circumstances.
