You are invited to join us for a community experience and spa-like retreat with restorative sound healing on the beach. You’re welcome to invite any friends and family who need to meditate, relax and receive healing. NOTE: Please RSVP with your first and last name as this will be the name you'll need to use at the guard gate. Private address will be emailed to you the day before the event. What to Expect We will begin with journaling (supplies will be provided) to open up your heart and body followed with gentle breathing and meditation to activate your natural healing systems. Then we will lie down to receive the high vibrational frequencies of harmonic crystal singing bowls and different healing sounds that will deepen your relaxation, soothe your energetic and spiritual body, and invite you into a meditative trance-like state. As you bathe in the harmonic frequencies from the singing bowls, your body’s natural healing response will be activated, balancing your chakras, and releasing any blockages while bringing you into the same profound state of relaxation that seasoned meditation practitioners would reach during meditation. Our Bodies Natural Affinity to Crystal Bowls With our bodies being made of about 65%-70% water, the pure quartz silica sand in the crystal singing bowls deeply resonates with the crystalline particles in our body. This allows the healing sound waves of the crystal bowls to not only be received through our ears but also our body. The sound waves washes through our body, immediately cleansing and harmonizing the water crystals in our bodies making them look like fractals and snowflakes. Elevate Our Well-Being Any dis-ease in the body is a sign that part of our being is out of balance. Receiving the resonant vibrations of quartz crystal bowls is one of the most direct and powerful healing forces for restoring and synchronizing our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body. When we match our body to the frequencies of healthy resonance, we remove the lower frequency emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness. This private address will be emailed to you the night before the event. Once inside of the gates, park near 18 S La Senda Dr, Laguna Beach then take the stairs down to the beach. See photos for an idea of the path you will be taking. There will be some shade from the rocks. NOTE: Please give yourself 20 minutes to find parking, walk down stairs and get settled in.
