Job Description: Plow Operators P&L Landscaping LLC is looking to add plow operators to our Winter maintenance staff. Candidates applying for this position should have 3 plus years of experience plowing commercial parking lots. Plow operators will be expected to work through the start of storms to the final clean up. Applicants should also be able to operate spreaders for parking lot applications for sand & Salt. Plow operators will need to be ready to go 7 days a week as the weather dictates. Loader experience is a plus but not necessary. We will be offering full-time year-round positions to candidates with landscape experience. Full time employees will work Monday -Friday at our shop in between snowstorms and will receive a guaranteed weekly check and benefits. We are open to hiring part time people who just would like to plow for us during snow events only. Candidates applying for this full time or part time position should have a good driving record and a current valid license. A DOT card will be needed and can be obtained through us. Pay will be dependent on the experience of the applicant.
