Seven year old black lab needs a good home with no children, cats are fine. My mother adopted this dog two years ago from a family with children. He has been good with my (70 year old) mother other than at feeding time. She is stubborn and wants to make him wait for food, he doesn't like that and this past week he bit her because of it. He would need some training and a stern alpha. He loves my brother who visits my mom often and has never shown any aggression at all toward him, they play and have a lot of fun together. I'm out of state and trying to help save this dog. He doesn't deserve to be put down, he just needs the right person to work with him. Please let me know asap if you would like to come meet him. His name is Max, he's up to date on shots and is a good boy overall.
