Join The Wine Vault and Venue 812 for a dinner and wine pairing.
Guests will arrive at 5:30 to passed appetizers including Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Hummus with Veggies, Pita & Tzatkiki, Spinach Dip and Tzatziki Cups.
Dinner will start at 6pm and will include both Sliced Filet Mignon w/ Chateaubriand Sauce and Teriyaki Salmon accompanied by Baby Baked Potatoes and Mixed Grilled Veggies.
Finish the night off with Creme Brule w/ Fruit and Blueberry Bread Pudding.
Each course will be expertly paired with hand selected wines from our knowledgeable staff.
