Buttery-soft beef tenderloin, encased in a duxelle of wild mushrooms, wrapped inside thin prosciutto, swathed in a golden puff pastry crust—what’s not to love? Salad and wine are perfect to round out this meal! Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
