The tradition of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a national pastime in Japan believed to reduce stress and promote wellbeing. The aim of the practice is to slow down and let ourselves become immersed in the natural environment around us.
Join us for a creative and meditative walk through the Coastal Redwoods of Henry Cowell. This is not a traditional hike but, rather, an opportunity to walk slowly through the forest to fully explore all of nature’s sensory experiences.
