Small, family owned management company looking for employees to join our maintenance team. Must have a driver's license and a working cell phone. Reliable transportation for getting to and from job sites. A high school diploma or GED certificate is preferred. Physical activity is required. General maintenance including: cleaning, repairs, minor custodial, building, pool, and landscape maintenance. Proven maintenance ability and willingness to learn. Punctual, earnest, honest, accountable persons sought. Flexible schedule. Typically morning to afternoon/early afternoon.
