December is the ideal time to start or review your business plan and strategy and strengthen your business for the year ahead. Entrepreneurs with business plans are twice as likely to obtain capital and more likely to grow than entrepreneurs who do not. This workshop will take you through the key elements of developing a business plan. To complete an effective business plan, you must dedicate time to complete the plan. It requires you to be objective, critical and focused. The finished project is an operating tool to help manage your business and enable you to achieve greater success. The plan also serves as an effective communication tool for financing proposals. This workshop is in collaboration with SCORE Houston.
