Registration for this event will begin on November 6th and end on March 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM.
The registration fee is $30 per person. Everyone eating must register. NO REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE TAKEN AT THE DOOR.
Fee includes: air-conditioned venue, food & drinks, games, prizes, entertainment, connecting/reuniting with family and friends.
Everyone is asked to register on Eventbrite, Eventbrite allows you to add all the names of the people you are registering, along with your contact information for future correspondence.

Housekeeping Rules: No Alcohol on the premises, No smoking inside the facility or around doorways. No Firearms or weapons allowed on the premesis, No Littering, no loud music outside.
Menu : Chicken, BBQ, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Bread, Sweet tea, water, Banana Pudding or Pound Cake.
