Join us for a one of a kind elevated holiday charcuterie & wine experience at Monarch Kitchen + Bar. Jordan and Beth, owners of Fig and Willow and Eleven One, will teach you how to build a beautiful holiday charcuterie board to enjoy immediately or take home and enjoy later. You will be guided through a 1 hour step by step cutting, styling, pairing, and assembly workshop. They will share their very best tips and tricks on building the perfect holiday charcuterie board as you sip a sampling of fine wines. Monarch will also offer you the opportunity to purchase the wines you tasted by the case at a discounted price after class. These prices are exclusive for class attendees. The bar will also be open for purchase of wines by the glass or cocktails to enjoy during class.
