****We’re hiring!**** We are a paint company based in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale. We are looking for a color matcher/paint mixer who is energetic, has good time management and is willing to go the extra mile. Rate: $18-$20/hour based on experience. Requirements: - Color matching/paint mixing experience (Automotive is acceptable) - Good language skills -Ability to work under pressure and independently - Good time management and ability to keep organized The job will include: - Perform production color matching to standards, in batches of various amounts - Visually matching and using color software - Developing formulas for new colors, providing samples labelled and kept organized - Packaging and ensuring products are secure for transit. - Keeping the workspace and equipment used clean and organized. - Keeping inventory of various supplies. - Taking orders and reporting to supervisors. - Help lifting various objects - Other duties as assigned Please note background checks are required.
