10yr old female spayed Maltese great with all ages and all animals

Sadie is a 10yr old spayed Maltese, she is great with all ages and all pets. She had dental surgery right before I adopted her and is she UTD on get shots. She is kennel trained, potty trained, loves to play, likes bathes, walks great on a leash, does fantastic in the car. I need to find her a loving home, I feel that she would do great in a home without bigger dogs. She is great with kids but I feel like she would perfer a quite home. She is very low maintenance. She will come with her kennel, beds, toys, sweaters, collar, tags, leash, food and food bowls. I was not given her shot records but I have her microchip info and her our of state tags. I am asking a 75$ rehoming fee for her to make sure she goes to a wonderful loving home. Any questions please ask!
