Well established Vacation Property Managment Company, established 1995, is looking to fill an open position that also has the possibility to grow within the company.
Responsibilities are, but not limited, to assist management and administration, house checks on the rental properties, getting homes ready for new arrivals. Checking in and out, house checks after departure. Dealing with vendors, write and follow up with work order and cost control. Keep inventory up to date.
Excellent computer skills, Microsoft, multiple phonelines. Valid clean driver license is needed.
We offer a detailed training of 3 month or less and after the successful completed training, payrate can increase to $40K+
We are a drug free and none smoking environment. German language is a plus.
