Daniel Nesta Curtis, Director of Carnegie Mellon Contemporary Ensemble The Carnegie Mellon Contemporary Ensemble performs music composed in the last twenty years in concerts that feature multidisciplinary collaboration, technology, improvisation, and theatrical elements. The Ensemble often highlights the work of students and faculty. Program: Alex Marthaler: Tethers, Capsules, and Collisions Ashley Fure: feed forward Tod Machover: Another Life Paul Dooley: Point Blank Free and open to the public. In accordance with Carnegie Mellon’s COVID-19 mitigation policies, all visitors to the university’s campus age 12 and older are required to be either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or, if not fully vaccinated, must have received a negative COVID-19 test result within three days of the event. All campus visitors who wish to participate in this event must adhere to all current COVID-19 mitigation requirements. As of March 28, 2022 per CMU pollicy, facial coverings are optional in indoor campus spaces. By registering for a ticket, you agree that you will abide by the university’s COVID-19 mitigation requirements for visitors. By registering for a ticket, you further attest that you have been either: -fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or -received a negative COVID-19 test result within three days of this event.
