Daniel Nesta Curtis, Director of Carnegie Mellon Contemporary Ensemble The Carnegie Mellon Contemporary Ensemble performs music composed in the last twenty years in concerts that feature multidisciplinary collaboration, technology, improvisation, and theatrical elements. The Ensemble often highlights the work of students and faculty. Program: Alex Marthaler: Tethers, Capsules, and Collisions Ashley Fure: feed forward Tod Machover: Another Life Paul Dooley: Point Blank Free and open to the public. In accordance with Carnegie Mellon’s COVID-19 mitigation policies, all visitors to the university’s campus age 12 and older are required to be either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or, if not fully vaccinated, must have received a negative COVID-19 test result within three days of the event.
