The 4YOU Ride is our classic 45-minute high-intensity, indoor cycling workout -- but we are taking it ROOFTOP! We ride to the beat of the music; we integrate different drills and choreography designed to push you in the best ways possible. This class offers you a full-body workout and a GLOW PARTY on a bike, 4YOU.  General Admission: $25 | Glow Ride, silent disco headphones to use during the event Stay for dinner and enjoy a 15% discount at Treehouse for food and beverage at the Bar!
