Teams of up to 10 people each will circuit through the studio completing 3 different workouts:
🥊 Boxing
🚴🏻♀️ Cycling
🏋️♀️ Strength Training Bootcamp
Each circuit is 25 min with a 5 min break to transition!
Light snacks and drinks will be served after! Have the best time before you get your Thanksgiving festivities started.
