Missing pitbull pup

One of my neighbors is missing his 6 month old puppy Deuce got out and wandered off, last seen on Harlem street running after a large dog around 11am & the large dog looped around and ran up Faulkner and back to his home but the pup vanished between Preston street& Dallas Street to my knowledge. I saw them running but couldn't go after them, nor did I know who they Belonged to until he was searching everywhere and asking everyone. The family really needs him home. He is older now than in the picture and his colors changed more of a rust tone, but his markings are the same. If you see him or saw him running somewhere please let me know. The owner is worried sick.
