Description
We have had our dog for two years however he is no longer getting along with our 1 ½ year old todler. We don’t feel safe with him being around her and are letting him go for that reason. Hes an amazing dog, with an infinite amount of energy hes low to the ground, weighs about 40-50 lbs and has bones harder then concrete!!! He is a great guard dog, who is used to being outside 6-8 hours a day alone. He will bark at anyone who gets close to your house and or yard if you leave him out. But unless there are people walking by hes generally quite. If hes inside of the house he will be relaxed as long as everyone else is if people start running around he will also want to play but hes very strong its a workout to play with him. Great with adults, great with Teenagers but not good with kids younger than 12 years old. He has lived with 4 cats and 1 dog. It takes him about a week to get used to a new pet but with supervision for 7-10 days he gets the message that new pets are also family. Per the suggestion of The Anti Cruelty Society We are charging a small rehoming fee of 150 dollars. (you can have the 50lbs bag of food we have too) he has his chips and shots. No Tags but verifiable with the city, we got him vaccinated and chipped at one of their events. He jumps a lot, weve managed to get him to stop with consistent training but we lacked stability. If you r consistent with training and never stop he does learn. He know “Sit” – “down” – “Roll” and is learning “stay” He is good on walks with 1 dog walker, if there are two people walking him he starts pulling on the leash. He can play fetch for 24 hours straight. Poos a lot, and if hes not in the same room as you when your in the house he will bark and scratch doors and wont stop till he gets your attention. We havent been able to solve that. He just loves being with people and hates feeling left out! Hope to hear from someone soon! We want him to have the best life possible and our family just isnt the best fit for his personality! If all of the above is what your looking for in a dog send us a message. Hes been great with us and we hope he can become the best puppy he could be with someone whos a better fit for him :)
