Wood Rd Construction is a high end kitchen and bathroom re-modeler. This position is for a Lead Remodel Craftsman. Our work consists of demolition, light framing, and finish carpentry. An ideal candidate will possess a good work ethic, stay on task, follow directions, want to strive for perfection and be able to work through problems as they arise. Wood Rd Construction is looking for a full-time employee. Requirements: Reliable transportation. Transportation must be able to transport small materials. Must provide your own tools for carpentry, demo, framing, drywall, light electrical, tile, light plumbing, etc. Able to work alone at times or in a team environment. A knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, rough framing, finish carpentry and demo is required. Willing to be at multiple job sites occasionally in the same day. Ability to communicate with owners, other employees, sub-contractors, homeowners in a professional manner. Understand, meet and exceed deadline expectations. Clean up work areas daily. Able to understand ISO's, drawings and contracts. Organize and list needed materials to complete jobs. Wood Rd Construction pays weekly. W-2 Employee with Benefits.
