Job Title: Field Technician Reports To: Employment: Full Time and/or Part Time Work Schedule: Flexible (inquire within) FLSA Status: Work Location: Breckenridge, Blue River JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: We are a growing local Property Management company looking for our first (or two) reliable team member/s. We’re looking for a year-round and/or Winter seasonal worker to work flexible hours, from anywhere from 8-40 hours per week during the day, afternoons (1-430PM) preferred if you’re part time. We’re looking for an inspired worker to conduct general field work in Property Management including but not limited to property inspections, general maintenance and hot tub service (no experience required). We can offer hourly pay of $23/hour with plenty of room to grow within our company both in the field as well as in our office. We have a per inspection/service payment plan and/or bonus that would bring hourly rate upwards of $50/hr. We would also be able to set up a payment plan per service with us if you’re interested in working hours starting at 11AM and 1PM to 430PM dependent upon scheduling (go ski, bike and hike or whatever else it is you do before conducting work). Driver’s license required and we’ll provide a company vehicle for you to work with. Please inquire about scheduling as we are flexible. Always possesses a positive and upbeat attitude • Adaptable and Flexible –Is able to complete tasks in a changing environment EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS List key requirements here • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Must have reliable transportation (to our company vehicle at least) • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to work flexible hours, weekend work required, especially Saturday afternoon WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently • Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis • While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat) • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
