EPTAM Rapid Launch Center in Broomfield, Colorado is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for the Shipping & Receiving Clerk position at a small aerospace/medical CNC machine shop. About us: Our growing company, with ~20 employees, works primarily in the Space and Medical industries with small lot sizes, typically 1-20 pieces. We are ISO9001 and ISO13485 registered, compliant with AS9100. We make lots of parts that are always changing, every day is different. Part sizes range from smaller than a penny to about one square foot. Located in a clean, modern, climate-controlled building with newer advanced equipment and CNC machinery. About the role: Monday-Friday Day Shift 9am-5pm Shipping -Document and prepare machined parts for shipping (photograph, serialize, package) -Package in a way to assure parts will arrive undamaged -Packaging must protect the parts from themselves and from external dangers associated with transit (being dropped/kicked, weather, etc.) -Record/store away inventory and break down travelers Receiving -Open and process incoming shipments (tooling, parts from subcontractors, general supplies, etc.) -Inspect subcontracted work upon receipt and complete documentation -Receive raw material, tag, and store (maximum weight ~50lbs, uncommon) -Occasionally file paperwork Shipping/Receiving Clerk Required Qualifications: • To meet ITAR requirements, candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident • High School Diploma or GED • Good attitude and able to work in a fast-paced work environment • Be able to work independently with minimal oversight • Attention to detail • Computer literate in basic Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of QuickBooks or ERP desirable but not required • Prior Shipping/Receiving or machine shop experience Pay: $18-$22 per hr., depending on skill set, with overtime available Please reply to this with an attached resume.
