Window Covering Installers Needed

AROS provides all types of window coverings and exterior shading options to high end clientele throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. We are looking for a team of shade installers to help us periodically, when the need arises. Ideally you will have previous experience in hanging window coverings, but I'm willing to train you if I feel you are the right fit for AROS. You must be able to lift and hold 5-10 lbs overhead and you must be ok with being on your feet for several hours at a time. You need to have your own tools (drills, bits, and other small hand tools) and ladders and have very reliable transportation. I do have large ladders and scaffolding for use when needed. I'm looking for people that can be client facing. Most of our job sites are high end custom homes located anywhere from Castle Rock to Boulder and inevitably you will be speaking with either a homeowner, a general contractor, an architect or an interior designer. You must have good people skills, be very detail oriented, presentable and comfortable interacting with upper end clientele. I'll pay in the range from $30-$40 an hour, based on your experience. A team of two is preferred, and I will be onsite to supervise and oversee your work, as well as train you on specifics related to each project. This is not a full time job. The work load fluctuates. I typically have a couple of days of install work a week, but there are busier times and slower times, depending on the project flow. Ideally, you will have other work that keeps you fairly busy, but you are looking to pick up some side work here and there. Sometimes I just need help for a couple hours or for a half day. I can be flexible on my scheduling needs, knowing that you will have other commitments as well. I just ask for good communication so that we can schedule accordingly. You must either become a 1099 employee or have your own licensed and insured company that we can pay legally. No under the table compensation.
