Renovation crews & carpenters wanted for rental unit projects

We're a rental real estate management company and we recently expanded into southern Maine acquiring several properties in the Biddeford / Saco area, and we're going to be acquiring more. We're going to be doing renovation work to all of our units in the Biddeford / Saco area in the next six months, and will have work ongoing after that. We're looking for good, experienced, reliable guys (generally 1- to 4-man crews) to get small- to medium-sized projects done well, quickly, and cost-effectively. Basically, if you're good, we're going to have a lot of work for you. Generally we pay by the job, cash at completion. First project (as a "getting to know you" job) is going to be at a rental in Biddeford, estimated one day for two guys, or two days for one guy.
