Description

We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance repairs, apartment make ready execution, preventative maintenance and overall property condition of a large apartment community. Responsibilities include, the supervision and scheduling of all maintenance work at the property and ensuring the timely completion of all work orders and turnovers at the property, ordering all maintenance supplies, inventory control and oversight of preventative maintenance.
