Gary Gensler is a former 'investment banker' who is now the head of the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission....a watchdog group). Gensler went after Kim Kardashian but didn't see through (or chose not to) Sam Bankman Fried's PONZI SCHEME which made Madoff seem like an amateur. Bankman Fried donated 40 million dollars to Democrats so I don't expect him to be brought to justice. Gary Gensler, like Madoff and Bankman-Fried, is a liberal Jewish Democrat....so it's understandable that he looked the other way at this multi BILLION dollar SCAMMER...
