We are going to be moving and need a bunch of things done - The basement has electrical in the ceiling. The inpector said just "clean it up" No wires hanging. Make sure everything looks right and then we would want to hand can lights in the basement ceiling replacing the shop lights that are there. General Labor - Need new window sills on some of the windows - Some Trim Work - Closet shelves and install some closet doors - Possible some trim work - A few other miscellaneous items I would also be intersted in fixing the roof on the garage. All the shingles need to be removed and new ones put on.
