I am looking for a commercial kitchen where the owner is willing to accept $300.00 to $500.00 a month for a start-up cinnamon roll business. The $25.00 an hour that other kitchens charge is way too much to secure a profit just for supplemental income. The cinnamon roll that I bake is a very rich high-end dessert that you cannot find in stores and 99% of restaurants. $12.00 a roll has been my greatest compliment. My goal is to bake 24 rolls a day or 120 a week for unique businesses that will sale them to their customers. I am wanting this commercial kitchen to be north of 56th street, not too far to the East or West, and preferably in or closer to Carmel Indiana. Please contact John Bailey if you are interested.
