I am looking for a commercial kitchen where the owner is willing to accept $300.00 to $500.00 a month for a start-up cinnamon roll business. The $25.00 an hour that other kitchens charge is way too much to secure a profit just for supplemental income.
The cinnamon roll that I bake is a very rich high-end dessert that you cannot find in stores and 99% of restaurants. $12.00 a roll has been my greatest compliment.
My goal is to bake 24 rolls a day or 120 a week for unique businesses that will sale them to their customers.
I am wanting this commercial kitchen to be north of 56th street, not too far to the East or West, and preferably in or closer to Carmel Indiana.
