Now taking applications for someone interested in pump service technician and helper positions. Prefer a hard-working adult with a valid class A CDL license who is interested in becoming a water well driller (or is already a water well driller) and pump service technician, but a Class A CDL is not necessary. Work Schedule is generally Monday thru Friday with the expectation of being available from 7:30-5:00 or later depending on the job you are on. Summer work hours vary from 45-55 hours per week, Winter 40-45 hours per week on average. This is a year round fulltime permanent position. Wage is dependent on experience and demonstrated performance. Job Requirements: 18 years of age Valid Driver's License Class A CDL not required but highly recommended Mechanical - able to change oil and light maintenance on vehicles, operate a welder and handle large tools Physically healthy - can pass a pre-employment physical Reliable - shows up on time and willing to work overtime Ability to drive large equipment such as backhoe, forklift, skid loader, tanker, drill rig is a plus Positive attitude, able to communicate with customers and staff. Willing to train the right person for the job
