Fencing franchise serving Central PA seeks motivated, driven, and reliable individual to serve as Project Manager. This position will serve as the point of contact between the company and customers on site. Project Manager will service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their needs and building customer relationships. Project Manager will ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on proposals, and develop a strong relationship with the fencing crews to ensure all customer expectations are met. This position has substantial growth potential. Training provided. Responsibilities: • Ensure assigned project(s) are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients’ needs and delivering a quality project • Survey each site and confirm measurements and design • Schedule and award subcontracts • Manage subcontractor crews at job sites • Ensure that customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated • Market to homeowners around job sites Qualifications: • Ability to manage, hire and coordinate subcontractors • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and lead a team • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated. • Superior time management, prioritization and organizational skills • Detail oriented, dependable, and reliable • Excellent communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Some experience in painting and/or other construction trades preferred • Successful project management experience helpful • Professional appearance and personality • Clean driving history and background • Tech savvy with ability to use social media and technology such as computers, iPad, and cell phone • Demeanor that is friendly, cooperative, and respectful of diverse backgrounds • Energetic self-starter with ability to multitask, possessing a “get it done” attitude
