Need Responsible person to accompany me to surgery at Duke for the Monday, 19th of December. You must be able to pick me up at Best Western in Durham in the morning - bring me to the hospital and stay with me until surgery begins. At discharge you must be able to pick me up and stay with me until my ride home gets me. If you are interested in this please send me your quote for the service. Thank you. Paul
