Full-Time, 6 AM - 2 PM: M-F Bowyer Case Company manufactures custom cabinetry systems for a diverse range of commercial and residential clients. Projects can include cases, countertops, workstations, reception desks, display units, wall shelving, and more. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to learn and work in an environment where they will have the chance to influence the development of new production processes and establish their role in the growth of a successful cabinet company. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ∙ Must be 18 years of age. ∙ High school degree/GED ∙ Ability to read measurements and work or calculate numbers. ∙ Ability to use handheld tools ∙ Ability to understand and comply with safety procedures ∙ Ability to understand and meet quality standards ∙ Ability to work independently when necessary. ∙ Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and email. ∙ Must have reliable transportation. Travel required to local job sites, no overnight travel PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ∙ Ability to stand for the entire shift. ∙ Frequent standing, reaching, stooping, and kneeling required. ∙ Must be able to consistently lift and handle 50-75 pounds worth of material. ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS ∙ Experience with handheld tools. ∙ Ability to read blueprints and/or construction plans. ∙ College/Trade School coursework related to CNC, manufacturing or construction. WORK ENVIRONMENT ∙ Frequent exposure to wood dust, finish materials, and cabinet-making materials. ∙ Shop temperature can vary. ∙ Work with some flammable materials.
