We are a Rapidly growing Residential and Commercial Flooring company operating around New England. Our residential customer base is Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
Seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor/Manager for our Residential Department. This person must have flooring installation and leadership experience. This is a key role in the success of this department. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Working with Department managers to coordinate delivery of materials and scheduling installers.
2. Delivering Materials and information packet to customers, speaking to them at time of delivery making sure they
understand the installation schedule and process addressing any concerns they may have.
3. Showing up to sites on the morning of installation, making sure installers have all materials, tools, and directions
needed for the installation.
4. Assisting in installation when needed, addressing punch list items or problems with installation.
5. Returning to all jobs on last day of installation doing a “walk-through” with the customer making sure the project
has been completed as expected and customer is satisfied. Having final paperwork signed and collecting final
payment that is due on last day of installation services.
6. You will be the main point of contract for our residential customers and Installers. English to Spanish translation is
often required.
This person MUST have the following
1. Experience in flooring installation
2. Leadership/Supervisor Experience
3. A positive attitude, customer relations experience is preferred but can be gained with the right person
4. Organized and Responsible, with the ability to work independently
