I personally know two people who have rented places signed leases, gave these so call “landlords” money and then get kicked out by the actual landlord. This is getting out of control in this state. Where will there an intervention or something?! I just tried to go view a place and the guy is asking for my age and weird questions, google the address and totally different pictures online then whats listed on CL. And for 2 times the amount. I will show images and also post the email of the scammer who just tried lie. Ppl please google the addresses before going anywhere. Actually, we should waste their time and schedule appointments and never show up and call the cops.
