BK★JANI is seeking an outgoing host/hostess with a bubbly personality to be the face of the place. This person will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations. Job Responsibilities: • Provide a high level of hospitality to guests entering and leaving, warmly acknowledge and greet guests as they enter and exit • Escort and seat guests, assist guests with special seating requirements. • Answer the phone and assist with guests' inquiries by email • Manage guests reservations and waitlists • Assist FOH servers/staff with light support and pre-bussing tables Job Requirements: • Continuous standing, and walking. • 2 years Previous work experience in a high volume restaurant preferred • Understanding of restaurant etiquette • Familiarity with health and safety regulations • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Strong organizational skills. Great time management a plus! • Attention to detail a must! • Must be available on weekends. Must be available to start within a week. Must be able to work 32+ hours or more as needed T-F 5-10pm S-S 12-10pm
