ISO carpenter for small camper simple/recycled interior rebuild

We have a small 14 foot camper that we gutted and rebuilt several years ago, replacing the flooring, tore out some walls, build benches and a simple bed. The camper was left untended for the last two years, during which time the roof leaked and some water damage has ruined the floor we put in and the ceiling is in need of tearing out and redo-ing. We are looking for someone who has the ability to tow the camper (ball hitch), stash it for the winter, and rebuild the interior in a simple manner, flooring, ceiling, etc. We don't need it to be posh, just nice and functional, and are very open to reused materials and creative solutions using repurposed findings if you are a carpenter who 'collects' from job sites and free piles. We are out of the state currently, need to move the camper from where it is in Thetford ASAP. We will have space to park our camper in April but not before then. The camper has working electricity, a fridge, and propane stove. If someone wanted to take this project on this winter they could either chip away at it slowly as they could with other schedules, or fix it up fast and use it for themselves until April as an office or 'escape pod' from their house. It heats up very quickly with a small space heater. We would love to do the work ourselves, but have to be elsewhere this winter and have two small kids so unlikely to make it happen in a timely manner. Hoping to expand our small rental space for our growing family come spring. We have a small budget for the project and would love to make it work for someone who is capable and interested.
