Open Ocean Studios is an air conditioned & acoustically treated rehearsal space for rent and boutique recording studio. www.openoceanstudios.com RENTALS: We are a small community of musicians looking for respectful and chill bands. - We have monthly rental times available in the morning afternoon or evening. The rental be on the same day of the week for the whole month. Hours are flexible. We offer 1 guitar amp for storage (no full/half stacks). - We also have hourly rentals available ad hoc We have the following for community use: 1. 1 16 channel PA 2. 2 Monitor Wedges 3. 4 SM58 microphones with stands 4. 1 Pearl Drum kit with 2 rack/2 floor toms, snare, crash, ride, highhats, and kick. 5. 2 1/4" inputs direct into the board. 6. 1 Large bass cabinet/amp 7. Air Conditioning RECORDING: We are a boutique studio in Santa Barbara. We take on small to medium sized projects. - We offer tracking, mixing, & mastering services. - We can record up to 32 channels simultaneously - We have a selection of premium microphones and preamps to really dial in your sound - We have a large list of musicians to choose from to fill in for your arrangements - Our team has 45+ years combined experience with recording, mixing, & mastering. Our lead engineer has a bachelor's degree from Berklee College of Music in music technology - If you need your finished product in a single day, we have the tools for that! We use machine learning VST plug-ins to mix and master your music QUICK PUBLISHING We know how to get your music out there and how to get you paid for your royalties - Take the guesswork out of getting your music on major platforms VOICEOVERS, SOUND DESIGN, & PODCASTS Bring your spoken media to life. - Our studio has a live room that is a relaxed environment for podcast episodes - Sync your audio to video with our team of engineers - Add sound FX or vibes to your visual media with our lead sound designer with 15 years + experience shaping sound for film LIVE EVENT TRACKING & Mixing Do you have the need to record your next concert or maybe your special event? - We have a team of professionals with years of experience in field recording - We have equipment to amplify your event or band and a dedicated mixing engineer
