Are you a trained singer who wants to sing and dance on the stage with a killer classic rock band of all-star musicians!?? Then we want to hear from you! Let's talk. We are Brian Jones Rock'n'Roll Revival, and we play all the best clubs in San Diego. We are a local San Diego band and have 3 original albums and are currently recording our 4th album. We are all professional musicians in our 40s & 50s, sober, honest, real people with heart. We are like a tribe. A real band! Our band is seeking a "Janis Joplin" who can sing lead vocals on classic Janis songs like "Piece of My Heart" and "Bobby McGee" and can also sing back up for our Rolling Stones and blues songs, such as Miss You, Gimme Shelter and other classic blues covers. It's important that you can dance and sing in harmony. Trained singers and dancers are best. Extra bonus if you can play tambourine and maracas. We generally earn $400-$1000 per night, so you can expect to make $100+ per performance, but we dont do it for the money, we do it for the fun, the passion and the satisfaction of playing great music with great people. We rehearse a few times per month and perform 1-2 per month on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. We all work full time jobs so weekend performances are best.
