Adults 18 & Up can come learn about some of the rare and colorful birds of Texas from Texas Master Naturalist Mike Petrick. Mike, who has been a Master Naturalist since 2011, will share photos of birds from around Texas and advice on birdwatching. He will also share information about the upcoming bird census. Mike Petrick is a retired teacher and has worked as a trail guide and teacher at the Heard Refuge, and the Lewisville Lake Enviormnetal Learning Area. He has also assisted with the bird census at the Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge.
