Cocktails and Conservation: Live! is an engaging event that is part conservation talk show, part cocktail party - and always impactful.
Packs of Gray Wolves have returned to California with a little help from their human friends. Find out what it takes to ensure their legacy in our state with a discussion led by Amy Gotliffe, Vice President of Conservation, Oakland Zoo, and our special guests: Dr. Michelle Lute- Carnivore Conservation Director, Project Coyote; Karin Vardaman - Executive Director and Co-Founder, Working Circle, and Kent Laudon - Senior Environmental Scientist, California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Join us at Oakland Zoo’s Zimmer Auditorium for this fun and educational evening. The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a complimentary signature cocktail or mocktail and time to snack and interactive cocktail-party fun. Come early and engage!
You can select an event add-on (limited spaces available) that will include a pre-event wolf experience that will include a chat with a keeper and a visit with our wolves at California Trail.
All attendees must show proof of vaccination for Covid-19. Masks are encouraged to be worn indoors.
Alcoholic beverages for guests aged 21+ with ID.
Driving to the event? There is free parking at Oakland Zoo. Park at the Lower Entrance and follow the signs to Zimmer Auditorium.
