We are a small e-commerce business looking for someone long-term that wants to grow with our company. Make your fandom part of your job The ideal candidate has worked in receiving and has experience picking, packing, and shipping for a small e-commerce company, NOT a big corporate or Amazon. Amazon experience is not bad but that is not specifically the main qualification we are looking for. Responsibilities will include: You will be required to pick and pack orders, receive and store shipments, and note counts of inventory when needed. Must be self-motivated while working independently and capable of being a team player. Must be able to take direction and be accepting constructive criticism. Most important, is the ability to multi-task, adapt to change quickly, to meet deadlines. An understanding of fashion retail and fast fashion is preferred but not required. Must have: - Great organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail - Ability to multi-task - Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving - Basic computer skills Physical Requirements of the job: -Ability to frequently lift and/or move heavy items up to 60lbs. -Ability to climb ladders when required. -Ability to stand on their feet for extended periods of time.
