Horse and pig to rehome

I've got a full size pig, several hundred pounds, he's about 2 years old and not fixed so he'd be a good stud, he's very sweet and loves baths and to be rubbed especially behind his ears. I've had him since he was 2 months old back when I could still pick him up, he walked on a leash and he slept in the house on a dog bed. Also have an arab gelding horse that I'm looking to rehome, my other horse passed away and he's not very fond of my cows, he's rideable but my kids don't want to ride anymore. Willing to trade the horse for a quad or maybe other stuff since I know money is tight for everyone nowadays feel free to send me offers. You will need to pick up if interested unless local in the KRV then I can maybe arrange for drop off.
